Use of the Platform

JookBox provides tools for generating music, creating clips, writing lyrics, organizing albums, creating artwork, and sharing releases. You may use the platform only in compliance with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

User Content

You are responsible for the content you upload, create, generate, organize, or share through JookBox, including prompts, lyrics, images, audio references, cover art, albums, and public release pages. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use that content with the platform.

Acceptable Use

You may not use JookBox to:

  • Violate laws, regulations, or the rights of others.
  • Upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Disrupt, damage, overload, or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure.
  • Use public pages or shared releases to mislead users about the nature or source of the content.

Generated Content and Shared Releases

JookBox may process uploaded files, prompts, lyrics, and related content to support generation, storage, playback, indexing, artwork creation, and sharing features. If you publish an album or release through a public page, you are responsible for reviewing the content before making it available to others.

Third-Party Services

JookBox relies on third-party providers and infrastructure services, including cloud, authentication, storage, and AI model services. Availability, features, and performance may depend in part on those external services.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of JookBox at any time. We may also revise these Terms of Use from time to time, and continued use of the platform after changes are posted will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

Disclaimers

JookBox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JookBox and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenues, or business opportunities arising from or related to use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to JookBox if we believe these Terms of Use have been violated, if use creates risk for the platform or other users, or for other legitimate operational, legal, or security reasons.
